At Prapor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Prapor account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
